All organizations function in the certain cultural environment and also have own unique culture. The organizational culture, in general, represents a set of group values, beliefs, attitudes, means of expressions. Most effective factor forming organizational culture is the system of work attitudes of the personnel. In the course of occurring reforms, for the purpose of studying of changes in organizational culture of our reality, research of work attitudes of the personnel has been carried out in the traditional and modern organizations. Researches have shown the important role of positive work attitudes of the personnel in formation of effective corporate culture of the organizations. Thus, all-round supporting to development of positive work attitudes may give a basis for formation of effective corporative culture of the organizations and enhancing their effectiveness.
